Removal of crates/keys.​

Detailed description:

Hello.

As you may know, crates/keys were disabled in survival excluding vote keys only.
I would suggest to have keys removed from voting rewards/goldshop/rank benefits until the actual crates are returned. As it is quite misleading to allow someone to buy crate keys or unlock them via ranks/vote rewards then have no way of using them.

Interestingly, the information to say that crates are removed is not disclosed officially in game, so the only way to figure this out is by asking someone.

And another question is considering crates are removed for now, will players lose the keys they have collected when they return?

Its not a suggestion, Crates have been removed due to dupes and they will be back after the reset

How is it not a suggestion. Crate keys are being sold in /goldshop and are available awards in vote crates. Why not have these removed until the actual crates are back?

Like why does someone need to purchase or unlock keys to later on find out they can’t even use them. Quite misleading no?

It’s not only a suggestion, it’s a solid one too.

If this suggestion isn’t feasible. Maybe consider disclosing the temporary removal of crates publicly in game so that purchasers and players are advised with regards to the matter.

• Since the removal of crates is only temporary, there is no need to implement this. Additionally, players can make a payment ticket if they accidentally purchased crate keys from /goldshop and aren't able to use them
