Regarding Teams​

Detailed description:

the team limits should be increased but not back to 200 or unlimited team . For a team to have a good impact and and communication 10 people is too little of a no. for the max team members it should be increased to 20 or 25 next season

and also even if the team max player amount is limited to 10 there should be penalties for players who team hop

i will describe the rest below​

firstly
having a team capacity of 20~25 players is more than enough and also allows for a variety of plays and better team fights to occur thus improving server experience

Next
For people who team hop there should be penalties like once u leave a team cant join any other team for 3 days . if this does not become a thing with only 10 ~15 max member capacity and players only team hopping the server is just going in the wrong way so a penalty of 3 days helps teams out overall

Lastly
With a team capacity of 20~25 players penalty for team hopping the server will just be a better experience for most players encouraging team fights and plays bringing back the player count for kitpvp​
