Reforming the guild system​

Detailed description:

Hello, I am nelife. I am wanted to make a suggestion about the guild system. The guild system and leaderboard we have is kinda outdates and boring. I suggest that pika should make some changes and add some new features to the guild.

For Ex:

1. A seasonal leaderboards so that guilds which are relatively low in level can compete for and shine.
2. Guild related events like Guild Vs Guild should be organized by pika for the guilds to compete.
3. Making an hierarchy of ranks among officers of guild. As all officers have same perms. This can help in better moderation for guild.
4. A medal system to show how much that guild have achieved till now.

These are all the suggestions that i think can make the current guild system more engaging and fun.​

Reason(s):

As the old guild system is very less engaging and outdated. But some new changes can make it more engaging and fun for players to play. These changes can also make the new guilds to shine more in the leaderboards.

I hope that the changes i have suggested get reviewed
