Reduce the roster size to 20​

Detailed description:

There is no point in making it 45 roster size like the last map, if someone actually gets 45 people in a faction it will be impossible to breach them since its 3 second cannoning, 25c buffer size and 45 roster size​

-1, i think having a 45 roster is way better than 20. Like the adrenaline you can get from 45 people camping walls and you cannoning for 10 hours just to breach 3 walls is amazing.
