Recruitment Feature​

Detailed description:

I suggest adding a Faction Recruitment feature /f recruitments or a NPC with Factions Recruitments in factions lobby so new players can apply for a faction that has made a listing to look for new players or active players who are looking for a faction or both features together

The Menu they can Scale themselves on a scale from 1-10 on the following Features
Raiding
Patching
Pvp
Base Building
Add the time zone they play in
How much experiences they have with factions
And Discord so we can communicate with them if they are not online​

Reason(s):

Reason one : Currently getting new factions members is a very difficult task and we have to keep asking in chat to find new members.
Reason 2 : Most new players who join doesn't know much about factions and are ignored and overlocked when asking to join a faction in chat as sometimes most decision makers of the faction maybe not be active when they are seeking for a faction in chat or keep getting farmed killed in spawn until they rage quit out of the game causes them to leave the game mode if a recruitment system was there and if provided the chance to play alongside other players might make them enjoy the game mode and increase the player base.​
