recharge time of bow in bw lobby.​

Detailed description:

Bow is used to teleport in bedwars lobby which is fun but the bow takes a lot of time to charge or recharge to use that makes it not that fun to use as you can just walk instead of waiting for bow to recharge.​

Reason(s):

Bow taking less time to charge to teleport makes lobby experience good these little changes can give players a satisfaction.​
