Rebalance Super Scroll Type Damager

Hey staff,
I’ve noticed an issue with PvP balance in the current season that I think deserves some attention. The main concern revolves around the Super Scroll Type Damager. Which is that the super scroll type damager at the moment once applied in the axe is permanent and broken while before it was much more balanced since the quickdrop effect that you now do by taking away a large amount of damage with that super scroll in the previous season was only possible for 5 seconds once activated (I will attach an example below, watch the chat in the clip).

In previous seasons, once this scroll was applied to an axe, it would only stay active for 5 seconds during combat. This limited duration created interesting PvP dynamics, especially around Quick Drops, since players had to time their burst damage strategically. However, in the current season, the scroll seems to remain permanently active once applied, which significantly shifts the balance. This change removes the timing and strategy element from fights and makes it harder to counter players using this scroll, as they're constantly dishing out higher damage with no cooldown or limit. I believe reverting the scroll back to the 5-second activation window would restore the intended balance and improve the overall PvP experience. Below, I’ve attached an example from a previous season to show how the timed activation created a fair and skill-based encounter. Finally the addition of the enchantment combo is very good but is overshadowed by the presence of this current and broken damage dealer for its excessive damage.
