Ranked Bedwars​

Detailed description:

I feel like pika should add ranked bedwars, the reason why is because ranked bedwars is really fun and lately the minigames are failing, skywars being removed, bedwars getting literally no updates there is nothing to grind for so my idea is for pika to make ranked bedwars

my idea:
players must link their account with pika
there should be a minimum requirement to play the ranked bedwars (like for example either vip rank (must be bought from the store and not with pika iron) or something like level 20-30)
to queue they join a voice chat and it puts them in queue (if not just some command or another npc in the lobby will do which honestly its better than using vc)
when the players find a match make it so 2 random players get selected to pick their players for their team, once they pick their players the game starts on a random 4v4 map

ranked bedwars should have leaderboards and seasons, make it so players can also see previous season stats on the leaderboards, and you can make it like top 3 get some pika store credit or something else if not that
main reason why i think ranked bedwars will be a hit is because the leaderboards will be seasonal and ALWAYS accessible meaning players wont need to grind years just to not even be in top 10 lifetime

if you add ranked bedwars the server will skyrocket it will be literally top 1 cracked minecraft server, the bedwars minigame has HUGEEEEEEE potential but you guys are not using that potential so lets make ranked bedwars and revive the minigames community​

Reason(s):

we feel like there is not enough content in the game for players to be motivated in, for example all stats are lifetime stats meaning it would take YEARS to get on any leaderboard weather its winstreak, kills, deaths, wins ANYTHING and there will always be 1-2 cheaters in every few games that will mess up your stats so there is LITERALLY no motivation for players to play bedwars, bedwars is looking strong at the moment yes but very very soon if you dont do anything its gonna fail, bedwars had around 1500 players a few months ago and now you guys removed​
