On 01/01/2025 i bought a samurai rank from the website but still didn't receive it.i send emails but didn't get any solution or replies. Then i send to the TEBEX.ORG and after 4-5 days they said they were mistaken my email address and after a day they said they already sent it but still i didn't get it.i'm so tired of your service.it's been 1 and half week . I can't make a payment related ticket cause as soon as i purchased i received a email that said confirm you email and then i did and it refresh the website and said relog then i missed the transection ID and i didn't received it as an email so i couldn't make it.here a proof below

This won't work. Did this on the 2 januari with transection ID. Still waiting for an answer for 10 days now.

I'm a student if i'm grown man i'm not running after these things maybe this would be nothing much to them but i am.i'm so disappointed of pikanetwork.i'm playing this server more than a year and this is my first purchased that's why i'm running after this thing

Pika Network can't be the issue, Tebex is supposed to work fine for all purchases and transactions. You don't donate your money to Pika itself, you donate to Tebex and they transfer money to owners. No need to blame Pika.

Tebex said that below. They said they sent it but idk i didn't receive it yet i can proof

Think it is a Pika issue. I didn't receive my first rank as well. Maxx gave it to me.
