Suggestion:
Randomized Teams for Split Party Mode
Detailed description:
I wanted to share a suggestion regarding the Split Party mode. Currently, when you start a split party with three other players, the teams remain fixed based on the initial party invites. However, in other servers like Minemen, split parties work differently—teams are randomized every match, which adds more variety and keeps the experience engaging.
I believe implementing a similar system on PikaNetwork could be beneficial. Randomized teams would bring an element of unpredictability to the game, making each match feel unique and dynamic. It could also help balance games by mixing up player combinations, preventing the same strong duos from dominating repeatedly.
This change could make Split Party mode more enjoyable and encourage players to experiment with different strategies as they team up with various players in each round.
Thank you for considering this suggestion!
Best regards,
Saba

Reason(s):
- Variety in Gameplay: Randomized teams prevent matches from feeling repetitive and keep the gameplay fresh.
- Balanced Matches: Shuffling teams can help balance skill levels, avoiding situations where strong duos dominate every game.
- Enhanced Social Interaction: Players get to team up with different people, fostering better community interaction.
- Encourages Adaptability: Players will develop strategies with new teammates, improving overall skills.
- Prevents Stagnation: Fixed teams might lead to boredom over time, while randomization ensures each game feels unique.
- Fairness: Random teams give everyone a fair chance to play with and against a mix of players.
- Boosts Player Engagement: Variety can keep players more invested in the game mode, encouraging longer play sessions.
- Breaks Monotony: Many players might find it annoying or dull to consistently play on the same teams.
- Adds a Competitive Edge: Knowing that teammates change forces players to be more versatile and competitive.
- Popular in Other Servers: Servers like Minemen already implement this, and players appreciate the added excitement.
Example(s):
Here’s an example of how randomized teams could work:
Let’s say you have a party of 4 players: PlayerA, PlayerB, PlayerC, and PlayerD.
Let’s say you have a party of 4 players: PlayerA, PlayerB, PlayerC, and PlayerD.
- Match 1:
Teams are randomized, and you get:
Team 1: PlayerA + PlayerC
Team 2: PlayerB + PlayerD - Match 2:
Teams shuffle again:
Team 1: PlayerA + PlayerB
Team 2: PlayerC + PlayerD - Match 3:
Another random shuffle:
Team 1: PlayerB + PlayerD
Team 2: PlayerA + PlayerC
