If you believe you've been falsely punished, you can always submit a punishment appeal and explain the situation.
- How many punishment types are there?
There are three types of punishment: warnings, mutes, and bans
Here are some of the most common reasons players get punished and what they mean:
- Swearing: Using profanity or swear words, even when they are not directed towards anyone.
- Spamming/flooding: Spamming is when you keep sending the same message or a similar one repeatedly. Flooding is when a message contains excessive repeated letters in a word to spam the chat.
- Sexual content: Talking or mentioning anything sexual, such as genitals, or describing sexual actions.
- Foreign language: Communicating in any language other than English.
- Discrimination: Being homophobic, racist, or offensive towards religions, nations, or races.

(You can find the list of allowed and disallowed modifications HERE.)
- False VPN Blockage: If you were blocked by mistake due to VPN detection, submit a punishment appeal and choose VPN Blockage as the type of punishment you are appealing.
- Ban/Mute Evasion: Trying to bypass punishments by using alternate accounts or VPNs.
Important Tips and What to Avoid for Your Appeal
What you should do:
- Be honest: Stay truthful and calmly explain why you believe the punishment was unfair.
- Provide details: Include as much relevant information as possible to help you in your appeal.
- Stay patient: Wait calmly for your appeal to be reviewed.
- Don’t create duplicate appeals: Submitting multiple appeals for the same reason may lead to your appeal being denied.
- Don’t ask staff for updates: Doing so may decrease the chances of your appeal getting accepted.
- Don't rush through your appeal: Take your time to carefully review it before submitting.
