Prices on things going up and down? Glitch or intended?

So i am looking into buying 2 things. Donator+ and /rename both for opfactions 1. But everytime i go to look at them on standby they keep going up or down by 6,7 sometimes even 10 cents. Donator+ is almost 53 usd and not 52. I dont know if this is a glitch or if its intended to happen but its messed up. I dont know if pika is trying to get more money or what but i can provide proof (think so) on this. The day i put my purchase on standby it was 58.03 usd. But now its 58.26 usd with donator+ 52.97. Atleast by the time i am making this thread it is 58.26. I would like some answers because this has been going on for quite sometime now and its annoying. Why cant it stay the same price? Thats probably why buying master rank for normal factions is 400 usd (American Dollars - U.S dollar). Staff please give me an answer to my question. Why are the prices going up and down?

This is neither a glitch or intended, this is how currency conversion works. Currency exchange rates change quite frequently.

The store is in EUR, so evaluating the store price changes in USD makes your claim completely inaccurate.
