Pre-game instead of matchmaking​

Detailed description:

In practise, when you start a game and no one else is in the queue, you have to afk and wait it out in the lobby which gets boring in less popular gamemodes.
Adding a pre-game where you would actually get teleported to that particular map and you can roam around with the same inventory and stuff and use everything like normal untill someone joins. When the game finally starts everything would again get reset to normal.​

Reason(s):

Waiting out in lobby is boring and makes many of the less popular gamemodes dead.
Adding pre-game would also give you 5-10sec time to warm up before actually starting the game and able to view the map.​

also when i re q a game of "mace" for example, it teleports me to the lobby, then teleports me to the game when the fight starts. and that my friend, takes my 2nd gen cpu 30s to handle and my totem already popped
