Because they help a lot and make a combination
Like Invisibility with Jump V
Strength with regeneration
etc.......​

Reason(s):

Because this can improve the joy of gaming and rather than armour ,sword and two potions emeralds can be used for many tasks...​

invis would be good because almost all servers use it (but still aleardy suggested and denied [i think])
strenght is so op. if it get added it should be 4+ ems (even i know its not gonna be added)
regeneration is useless. just eat a gold apple or buy healing pool with 1 diam
