i don't thinks so, Its not bannable but Staffs can Warn him for this behaviour

It's too light for it to be punishable. Also, for negative words (which apply to the rule of negative behavior), you get a mute at the max. For that to be punishable, there has to be 2 or more negative words in a sentence.
