Maybe your inventory was full when you collected the rewards? Check you /maildelivery

There's also an ongoing issue about claimblocks, wherein if you use it and logged off, all unused cb will reset back to 1k, so if it's still in your mail, make sure to claim a land right after you use the cb before logging out or getting disconnected.
