Player level 15 need some balance changes​

Detailed description:

Player Level 15 require to kill 85 enderman to acess level 16. This need to be change because the spawn rate of the server is pretty low.​

Reason(s):

It took days to farm 85 enderman since the spawnrate is low. It also let people left behind since player who is over level 16 have the advantage on looting the end city. So when a player reach level 15, there will be no point to entering The End or End City because it was looted.​
