So, what i suggest is to :
To pin the how to make a staff feedback and how to apply for yt rank.
@Marcify Can make a video on his yt channel on how to make a staff feedback and how to apply for yt rank, then he can pin the videos / edit his pinned message to do those videos.​

Reason(s):

Making a staff feedback and how to apply for yt / twitch rank is a rly common issue and is on the #common issues, so i dont see why there should not be a tutorial on how to succesfully do it on the pinned ones.​

according to ur respond, this means that they should unpin the whole message about, if they are so clueless about making a report, the tut should be unpinned right and they just should ask active staff?
No, it doesnt work like that, with the tutorial, u can see where u need to go , how to do that and that what to write there and more, which is allot helpful and staff will have less work.
