idk, but sometimes i get thrown like 10 blocks, and the other time i can reduce without problems

technically its almost impossible to find a server with consistent kb and a large playerbase

A lot of this has to do with your connection to the server as well as the other player's connection.

cappa pika's kb is so scary i use a kb stick to do normal kb ez

Pika knockback is indeed strange. It really depends on your connection. Besides that registered hits and timing of your w taps help a lot

You can't change the hit registration in Minecraft because it's hard coded in the game
