Hi after looking at your unban appeal one thing you could do is send the file without the picture, and try to than send the unban appeal with just the picture after sending the writer text.
If that does not help possibly create a text message on the forums with the picture and link the attachment so the staff can resolve the issue.
I hope I could help out a little bit, the website might be having some issues at the moment I hate to break it to you but not all websites are perfect.
