People with /fly shouldn't be able to fly when there's an enemy near by inside the enemies claims

Why can people fly in others claims when there's an enemy near by but when I try to /f fly and I got close to him I cant fly like thats so unfair because he just fly away and heal

Because you do not have a good rank that has wild fly plus its opfactions which makes you able to fly in other peoples claims. ./F fly only works when you are in your claim.

you can get wild fly from crates and from the ranks lord+
