Pearling while in a 1vs1​

Detailed description:

So I get trapped i have 3 blocks in sight but when i pearl i get set on cooldown and it says i cant use the block in blah blah blah terretory​

Reason(s):

Because other it would be fair to be able to pearl out of a 1vs1 while not being slabed and grinded out​
