The New EULA Terms​

In short, Mojang is trying to remove the ability for players to “donate” to servers for gameplay enhancements that are not available for non-donors. Which means, you can’t sell gameplay enhancements such as the ability to spawn items, ability to fly, and kits that give a advantage over non-donors.. Mojang wants donations to be treated as actual donations, not retailing for profit.

Why Server Owners Should Change Their Donation Packages​

Server owners should change their donation packages because ANY donation packages that violate the EULA is illegal. But for some, a donation package being illegal is not enough of a reason to change them. Players aware of the EULA change will be wary of donating to a server that’s using illegal donation packages due to the threat of the server being legally taken down.

With those being said, it means owners removed payouts since ranks / kits on pika give advantages and if theres nothing to win (payouts), then it’s not profitable to P2W.

True, players still have ranks and kits from old purchases, but thats why it’s no more p2w since you cant win anything now lol
