Payment ticket changes​

Detailed description:

I suggest a change related to payment tickets. Until now, the payment tickets are only checked by the owners, or you could say Max (aka Gunfire), which often takes a lot of time to get accepted or denied. I propose that managers should also be allowed to view, accept, or deny payment tickets. This change would speed up the process and provide a better experience for the Pika community.​

Reason(s):

Sometimes, due to the busy schedules of the owners, it takes them more than a month to check any payment ticket, which directly impacts the experience of the Pika community. By allowing managers to view, accept, or deny tickets, the process would become much faster and more efficient.​

Example(s):

Just the give the manager(Arrly) the permission to check Payment tickets.​

I would agree but.
The info thread says to not suggest stuff about the staff team, which includes the permissions.
