Payment issue please review my report

i paid for an item in the store and its been almost 24 hours and i still didnt review it
i have sent a report to TEBEX STORE and they said they already confirmed i have paid and it was now a pika store issue
i have also made a payment related thread and still no help
also sent an email to [email protected] and no replies
please send help

Hey, as I know payment related stuffs are managed by higher up staff ( owners or managers ) and they might be offline you could just wait till then patiently.
