Payment is getting declined

Am facing issue with payment from 3-4 days like whenever I try to buy golds it's showing my payment is declined idk why ...
At first I thought it's my card or bank related issue when I checked it's not....... even I tried to pay with another payment method at first it's working (the upi one)
Then I tried to buy golds after an hour but it's started showing the same issue.. idk why this happening...
AND I CAN CONFIRM ITS NOT ANY BANK OR CARD RELATED ISSUE

This same issue I am facing. I created a payment support ticket after a week I got a reply that I am banned from tebex but I never made a purchase before and this same issue is from 4-5 months ago. Create your payment ticket here.

I created ticket 2 weeks ago and I am still banned from tebex

Since it's not a bank/card issue, try these:

1. Check if there are any limits or issues with your payment method (like UPI).
2. Clear your browser cache or try a different device.
3. See if there are any server or maintenance issues causing the problem.

If it still doesn’t work, contact support with any error details for further help because it would be an internal payment issue and not an external at that point.
