Option to see activation of spec items
Detailed description:
There should be a option in /settings which after enabling it will let you know in chat when the special ability of your special set or special sword gets activated like some sets or swords gives blindness / slowness / weakness etc. to opponent and some spec sets or weapons give effects like speed / absorption / resistance to the user so this settings will give you you msg in chat telling you which of your spec. set or weapon have given which effect to who. Also you can make the text color different for the positive effect you receive and give to another player. That's the basic idea pika team can add or remove stuff as there convenience. Also you should be notified if you receive any effect from other player's item it will help you act on it better.
Reason(s):
Usually people just spam fight adding this will let people know when they have given or receive the effect which will make it a bit more strategic. Also it will make it easier to find out bugs in newly added spec items if they work properly or not some times you don't know if the item you are using is working or not. Also it will give people a idea on how frequently a special effect activate making it easier to judge a special item and compare it with other items. Sometimes you don't realize if you have received some effect especially if it is not a visible effect from other player which makes it annoying sometimes so it would be much better to do pvp with over powered spec items.
Example(s):
when you are fighting and the spec. effect of your spec item gets activated-
"You have given 'Player' 'effect' for 'duration if included' "
"You have receive 'effect' for 'duration if included' from your 'Spec. Item' "
"You have receive 'effect' for 'duration if included' from 'Player' "
The "you" in the 2nd msg can be made into diff color to make it easier to differentiate it from when you receive effect from other player.
