They are busy, You should wait patiently, if you have waited more than 2-3 weeks then contact them on Discord or Ts, and they will explain why. Good luck tho!

They were probably really busy so they didn't get to see your appeal,but be patient,they will eventually see it.
Maybe bumping your appeal from time to time would be good,but don't spam it.

No don't bump appeals, we will check the reports again , Im not sure what your asking for to check a report on a player or a ban appeal but we will check now
