NodeDebuff and Debuff Gamemode Camping punishment​

Detailed description:

Instead of only BuildUHC being the only gamemode to not able to camp, players will try to try to camp NodeDebuff and Debuff via Ender Pearls to on top of a tree or structure, this cause an unfair advantage for players which need to deal with these player who always camp for like the entire match.

Conclusion, punish those player who camping in NodeDebuff and Debuff.​
