/nightvision​

Detailed description:

Allow players (maybe only donators) to use /nightvision like on other gamemodes​

Reason(s):

It would be useful since day/night cycle is re-added and you don't want to use nightvision potion every 8 minute to get a better sight at night time or while building in the dark​
