New rotational item: Scaffold stick​

Detailed description:

Item used: Blaze rod
Item price:3/4 emblards
Item description: Gives 5 seconds of scaffold bridge power when used (right-clicked)

It is a 1-use-per-buy item, mostly useful in the late game, and grants 5 seconds of scaffold power (placing blocks under the player automatically). It can be paired with jump and speed potions for escapes and movement.​

Reason(s):

It really doesn't change the main game a lot(which is the function of rotation items), but it can be really useful in many intense situations, which other rotational items cannot provide.​

Many people would confuse it with actual hacks plus with pots it would be really op so it should be priced around 6 ems..
Tho it is useless as we already have ice bridge and eggs and it will not create a big impact
