New Commands

1. Party Merging

Syntax:
/party merge <player>
/p merge <player>

(Sends a merge request to the given player, has to be party-leader)
The player has to be the party owner.

How to use:
A party leader would send a /party merge request to another party leader. If accepted, the player who sent the request, would remain leader, and the player who accepted the request would become a normal party member.

2. Party Suspend

Syntax:
/party suspend <player>
/p suspend <player>

(Suspends yourself or a given player from the party)
[player] is optional, if not given, the command applies to the executor.

How to use:
Running the /party suspend command would exclude a player from /party warp or loading into new games. The suspend command is togglable and the suspended players will be listed separately in the party list.

3. Party Navigator

Syntaxes:
/party nav add <player>
/p nav <player>
(Sets a party member as "party navigator"; lists special in /p list)

/party nav remove <player>
(Removes the party member as "party navigator")

How to use:
Party navigators have the ability to start games without the party leader. It's a simple feature to allow going into new games without switching the party leader. Also would be necessary if the party leader suspended himself before going AFK for a bit.

4. Chat Party

Syntaxes:
/party chatmode
/p chatmode
(Activates/deactivates chatmode)

How to use:
The Party Leader(s) (Including Leader and Navigators) will be able to set the current party into a chatmode. This mode will ignore all warps and just opens a party for chatting purposes.
Invites to the party will be marked with a notification that it's a chatparty.
To limit the abuse of turning the chat mode off, every action that would cancel out the chat-only system won't work as usual. A chat party can only be disabled if all members vote for it via in-game message.
- When merging with another party, it will make the resulting party a chatparty as well.

Reason(s):

1. Party merging

You meet your friends or other players in the game but both groups are in a party? Instead of leaving and joining the other party, you could just use this command to send a merge request to the party leader of the other party. This is quick and easy. There's so many times two people say '2/4' in bedwars global and then they ask to merge, this would just simplify that process.

2. Party suspend

Do you have a friend who is AFK or still in a game? Just suspend the player using the to exclude him from warps and games until he's back. This would allow you to not need to wait for a player who is in a game, or to kick an afk player just to invite them back after they get back.

3. Party Navigator

If the party leader knows he is going to have to go do something shortly, but the party wants to queue into a game anyways, this allows them to do that. Also useful for when you invite someone to your party and they join just to say "ing". You can make them a Party Navigator, and they will be able to start a game on their own after their game ends.

4. Chat Party

For whenever you just want to be able to talk to your friends, while playing games on your own. Instead of having to /fmsg your friend, or hop in a discord call, you would now be able to communicate with a group of people in-game without having to play with them or be in the same guild.
