New Item Atlas Rune
Detailed description:
The current teleportation system relies on TPA, which is slow and vulnerable in a no-claims PvP environment. This suggestion introduces the Atlas Rune (a custom item, perhaps crafted with rare boss drops and a Totem).
• Function: When held and right-clicked, the Atlas Rune instantly teleports the player to a pre-selected safe location (either one of their set homes or their active team base warp).
• Activation Time: Instantaneous, bypassing the standard TPA timer.
• Cooldown: A long personal cooldown is applied to the player after use (e.g., 2 hours) to prevent spamming it in every fight.
• Drawback: The rune is expensive to craft and is consumed on use. This makes it a high-value panic item or a tool for fast, strategic resource drops, adding a crucial layer of safety to the high-risk, no-claim environment.

Reason(s):
1. Essential for No-Claim PvP: In a gamemode with no claims and constant threat of griefing/PvP, players need a guaranteed escape mechanism. The current TPA system is easily denied or cancelled, leaving high-value players vulnerable.
2. Resource Sink: The rune's high crafting cost (using materials like Boss Fragments or high-tier mob drops) provides another excellent endgame sink for resources, driving continuous PVE.
3. Promotes Risk: Knowing they have an emergency exit allows players to take greater risks in the wild, leading to more engaging PvP and PVE content without the constant fear of being permanently trapped and cleaned out.
