New Command /Staff Help
Detailed description:
I would like to suggest adding a new command called /staffhelp, similar to how /report currently works. This command can be used by players who genuinely need staff assistance for issues like getting stuck or facing in-game bugs. For example:
/staffhelp Bedwars Reason = stuck
This would notify the staff team with a message like:
“Cavifyy needs help in Bedwars — Reason: stuck”
Benefits:
/staffhelp Bedwars Reason = stuck
This would notify the staff team with a message like:
“Cavifyy needs help in Bedwars — Reason: stuck”
Benefits:
- Helps players who are stuck in bugged areas or facing technical issues.
- Allows quick communication between players and staff without needing to wait in chat.
- Staff can easily decide if the situation needs attention — if it’s nothing serious, they can simply leave.
Reason(s):
Sometimes players get stuck or face small issues and don’t really know how to reach a staff member quickly. Typing in chat often goes unnoticed, especially when the chat is busy. Having a simple command like /staffhelp would make it so much easier for players to call a staff member when they actually need help. It saves time for both sides — players can get quick support, and staff can see who really needs help without missing messages in chat.
Example(s):
https://postimg.cc/zymCQd6K
Let’s say you’re playing Bedwars and you accidentally get stuck between some blocks and can’t move. Instead of typing in chat and hoping a staff member sees it, you can just type:
/staffhelp Bedwars Reason = stuck
This will instantly notify the staff team — something like:
“Cavifyy needs help in Bedwars — Reason: stuck.”
Then a staff member can quickly come check the situation, help you out, and move on if everything’s fine. It’s fast, simple, and really helpful for both players and staff.
