my account got hacked and i got banned and dont know what to do pls help

my account was hacked while i didnt notice when i try t log in it said i was fly hacking and i only play survival nothing else and i dont know what to do to get help

You could try to make a Help & Support ticket if you think your account has been hacked.
Otherwise, try restarting your router, and rejoin the server.
