Multiplying smithing templates​

Detailed description:

I think that by adding this feature would make life so much easier and getting netherite smiting templates is a pain itself and by multiplying them we won't have to go to a bastion witch is already hard to find without /fly or elytras. On top of that finding the netherite smiting template, which only has a 10% chance of spawning and many times it doesn't spawn or the bastion is already raided. And considering that this is already a feature in vanilla minecraft it would be ideal to add this feature to the server....o​

Reason(s):

It's so hard to get netherite tools and armour these days and most people can't afford the armours and tools in the ah and I've seen many times the price of netherite smithing template costs 20k - 35k which is already way to expensive considering we also have to get netherite ingots..​
