/msg in Game Lobby​

Detailed description:

Hi, as we know we can message a player in Lobby using /msg for which we have to be atleast level 2, but I want Pika to add /msg in Game Lobbies where players wait for other players needed to start the game.
This small addition will be helpful because :​

Reason(s):

Why it helps :
-We can msg players to fold if they are not in our Friends list or Guild
-We can talk privately before the game starts, should not allow msg command after the game starts to prevent Teaming.
-We can message players in the Game Lobby to not show level unlike saying globally.​

As the /msg works in Lobby.​

Don't think there's much use for this.
You can already talk privately if you're in a party.
The only reason to talk privately would be to hide your identity/level but nicks already exist for this.
