Can someone tell me what mobsuits are supposed to do?

As you level up the Mob Suit by killing mobs similar to the Mob Suit you are using, bonuses would be given to you. You can look at these bonuses by right-clicking the Mob Suit in your inventory and aligning your cursor onto the glass panes you'll see. Here are some bonuses which you'll be able to get by leveling up the said mob suits.

can anyone tell me how to get the mobsuit fragments or what they are i've been trying to get a bosuit but "special fragment" doesnt help my brain to find out how to get a mobsuit ty :)
