Minimum capture time in Outposts

Detailed description:
It happens very often to me that I capture an outpost, and since I want to be alone in my team - I lose it most likely after 2 minutes - captured by a team of Sigmas (the rank...)

So i think there should exist a feature which allows smaller teams to also capture an outpost!
For at least 15 minutes!

Means: After any team captured an outpost, there will be a cooldown of 15 minutes to avoid losing it immediately.
Reason(s):
It's extremly annoying capturing an outpost as a newer player. If they are still able to capture it once, they deserve that 15 minutes of cooldown. And come on, 15 minutes are not the world!

Also outposts will be more worth for every player because of that. People will try to defend it stronger and outposts get more value!

good idea i think it would make it more balanced for newer players rather than making this terrible for them and making them not want to play
