Making Strikes more flexible.
Detailed description:
A map on PikaNetwork OP Faction consists of 5 weeks. 1 week of grace and a month (4 weeks) of tnt. Currently the limit for the first punishment is 2 strikes. The max you can get is 10 which you get DQed after it. And the strike system is really harsh giving 3-4 strikes for simple rules that rarely end up as a strike on other opfaction servers. As a result of this many factions end up getting punishment such as raid bans / shield bans and DQes so short into the map. The strikes should be flexible and the punishment strike levels should be increased as the map lasts so long.
Reason(s):
This results in factions quitting earlier / strike wars which is essentially people watching other factions seeing what they can report in order to get them punished which removes the fun in Factions itself.
Example(s):
As an example to this ForJoe (adobo) , Russia, and Loyalty ALL got Disqualified last map resulting in them quitting so early and giving Kangaroo the eventual map win! (Kangaroo on top)
