make the ranked queue go faster​

Detailed description:

Its pretty self explanatory so I won't get into any details. Just make the elo range to change every 5 seconds​

Reason(s):

because the queue is really slow and if you have more than 1200 elo it takes about a minute to queue with someone with 1000 elo​
