Make the Links Consistent​

Detailed description:

Basically, the forum links are pretty inconsistent. Some end with their respective category only (for example bug_reports in https://pika-network.net/forums/bug_reports/) but some end with the category and then some numbers (for example player-reports.150 in https://pika-network.net/forums/player-reports.150/). I know this isn't a major change and probably doesn't affect many people, if anyone even noticed at all. I'm also not sure if it's possible to do this without data loss.​

Reason(s):

I think it would be good to keep the URLs the same for each forum link, it just seems more "professional".​

I think these numbers are the numbers of accepted reports I don't know, they might be outdated too because It's stuck on 150
so yes make it consistent and remove these numbers nerds
