Make Spleef snowballs deal kb​

Detailed description:

So currently if you throw a snowball in Spleef it simply destroys the block it was thrown at. This sounds good but in reality it's quite useless. If you throw your snowballs at the other player they should take knockback.​

Reason(s):

This would make Spleef more fun and add new strategy to the game​
