Make Ranks A Double Drop Item​

Detailed description:

Make the rank item have the double drop confirmation. (When dropping a rank on the ground it will ask "Are you sure you want to drop this item?" & "Drop it again within 5 seconds to confirm.")​

Reason(s):

I've dropped a perm Alpha Rank in OPLifesteal by accidently pressing Q. Making the item a double drop item would have prevented that.​

Example(s):

A player dropping a OPLifesteal Omega Rank & instead of it dropping on the ground, it stays in the player's inventory. In chat, it asks the player if they really want to drop this item & drop it again to confirm.​
