Make players do slightly more dmg​

Detailed description:

Make the players do slighty more dmg, slightly decrease dmg to armor, try to find the gold middle. Everyone is still able to fights without helmet, just make the good old 2018 pvp experience. Its op factions, gapple based pvp, it is about destroying that helmet. ​

Reason(s):

When you has 1500 axe, gold knight helmet buff on your helm, sh 19 axe, you bleed enemy, you posion enemy. HE STILL WONT DIE while he does not use helmets. That is just wrong, still people fighting without helmets, carrying 11 sets on them. Bring back the good old balance pvp experience.​
