Make Nether and End world spawn​

Detailed description:

Neither the Nether nor the End world has a safe spawn but the owner has to make it safe. Some players are grinding kills there, and when a new player joins, they keep hitting, resulting in a capping killing area.​

Reason(s):

Some players are grinding kills from there and ruining other players' gaming experience.​

Example(s):

Same as Nether and End World Spwan just make it safe.​
