Make hiding value strikable or whatever​

Detailed description:

Hiding on randie coords in wilderness is stupid. Make a rule so factions need atleast 15 chunks of walls to actually count their spawners for ftop. Last and this map SOME factions are hiding their value and nobody cant find them cuz overworld is 9kx9k blocks.​

Reason(s):

Its stupid to hide value, and getting payout while hiding underground like a rat.​
