Make Abyss Coins Tradeable​

Detailed description:

As staff added coins shop in the latest season which is an impressive add-on but many things in coins shop cost a lot going upto 200k coins which is so hard to get even with coins multiplier gained by the rebirth so if the coins were tradeable like we could sell stuff for coins in ah or pay coins to other players it would be really good​

Reason(s):

1st It can get so hectic collecting that big amount of coins
2st Tradeable Coins can work as a new form of currency similar to beacons/exp/tokens​

Example(s):

Adding command like
/ah sell 10000 Coins
/paycoins [username] 2000
/withdrawcoins 2000​
