Make a kill leading tournament in opfactions, the 1 2 and 3 players who have the most kills by the end of the season get rewarded with giftcard,iron,gold... I think that this will help encourage the players to keep playing until the end of the season and spend more time on the server and this will also add a competitive character in the players.​

Detailed description:

If the server doesn't want to give more giftcards or gold, then the reward can be iron.​
