Lower the donator kits cooldown. Also make it into kit vouchers​

Detailed description:

Make the kit cooldown lower.
Kit voucher can help them save space for their pvs and inventory.​

Reason(s):

So people can pvp with better kits than the free kits.
Kit voucher so people can sell it on auction if they want to.​

-1. I don't believe kits need to have a lower cooldown, as high ranks such as Omega, Baron etc are sold on ah already. This would affect the economy when it comes to kit purchases and basically ruin it with the 'worth' of kits. It would also make higher than prot 2 extremely easy to achieve and lessen the worth of prot 4. However I'm pretty neutral with kit vouchers, it would save PV space and I can see the appeal but I'm not sure it's necessary
